Unit 1: Your Feelings This unit focusses on identifying and promoting positive health behaviors, including physical, mental, and emotional health.
Lesson 1 Staying Healthy How do you keep your body, relationships and mind healthy? Students will demonstrate ways in which they can enhance and maintain their health and well-being. The students will be making brochures that teach others how to take care of their body, mind, and relationships.
Lesson 2 : Showing Good Character Students will understand and demonstrate how to promote positive health practices within the school and community, including how to cultivate positive relationships with their peers.
